Stephen Ray
Director
Stephen Ray started at Indosoft in October 2005. He began his career with the Support team, handling phone inquiries and performing remote administration of client systems. At the time, the company’s primary product was the Do Not Call blocker, which several clients used alongside the AQ Server or Q-Suite. He served as the lead contact for Indosoft’s first inbound call center client and later became the product owner of CTI 4.3, the release in which the PBX product was merged with the Call Center product.
Throughout Stephen’s tenure at Indosoft, his greatest contributions have consistently come from working directly with clients to help them achieve their goals—whether by guiding them in effective use of Indosoft’s software or by driving the development of new features tailored to their needs.

Peter Miernicki
Lead Frontend Developer & Product Owner
Peter brings a rare combination of technical depth, industry experience, and leadership to Indosoft. His career began in IT education, where he designed and delivered online training for thousands of learners worldwide. He subsequently advanced into serving as the head of an IT department at a post-secondary institution.
In 2013, he joined Indosoft as a Support Specialist, where his role evolved alongside the company’s technology stack and product direction. With extensive experience in Asterisk, MySQL, Kamailio, Apache, and related communications technologies, Peter now contributes as a Lead Frontend Developer and Product Owner. His background in systems, software, and operational leadership supports a disciplined, solutions-driven approach to product development at Indosoft.

Lead Software Engineer
Scott brings over two decades of hands-on software engineering experience to Indosoft, with a career spanning large-scale enterprise systems, communications platforms, and emerging AI technologies. Since joining the company in 2004, he has played a key role in designing and building robust, data-driven applications and distributed systems that support complex, high-availability environments.
His technical background includes Java and Java EE–based development, relational databases, and modern backend architectures, as well as deep experience in telephony and real-time communications platforms. More recently, Scott has focused on integrating advanced AI and language technologies into Indosoft’s communications ecosystem, helping bridge traditional PBX infrastructure with the next generation of intelligent, voice-driven systems.
